The initial investment for the Osaka IR is about 1.8 trillion yen, and about half, or about 530 billion yen, will be covered by investments from related companies. Specifically, MGM and Orix will each contribute 40%, and the remaining 20% ​​will be invested by Kansai Electric Power, Panasonic, NTT West, Kintetsu Group Holdings (GHD), etc.

JTB and Nippon Express will also invest, bringing the total investment from the 20 companies to just over 100 billion yen. The number of companies investing may increase in the future. In addition, about 550 billion yen, or 51% of the initial investment, will be raised through loans.
